Appointment Experience Policy At Hair by Dawn Katera, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a private, appointment only studio, advance notice and punctuality are essential to maintaining a calm, elevated experience for all guests. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee • No shows, defined as failure to arrive without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened based on availability • Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation fee Courtesy and Flexibility • One courtesy exception may be extended for unforeseen emergencies at the stylist’s discretion • Repeated late cancellations or no shows may require prepayment or deposits to secure future appointments Thank you for respecting our time and helping us maintain a professional, luxury experience for every guest. New Client Service Policy This service is designed to establish a healthy foundation and long term care plan for your hair. What You Will Receive • One silk press, twist out, or two strand twist • Hair cut or trim performed as professionally needed to support hair health • Customized treatment and deep conditioning • Personalized take home regimen and routine • One complimentary Angeles Touch Starter Kit, including a deep conditioning mask and scalp oil • Consistency is required for best results After completing your initial appointment, you may book future services as a returning client. Client Care Expectations To maintain healthy results, clients are expected to remain consistent with the following: • Trims every 8 to 12 weeks based on daily routine and hair needs • Daily hair care routine and proper weave maintenance when applicable • Allowing at least one full week break between protective styles, including braids of any kind and traditional installs • Client termination may occur if these care expectations are consistently not met, as ongoing hair health is a shared commitment
